Lack of range of motion in the shoulder

lack of range of motion in shoulder, shoulder pain

i took a scroll through the camera roll & stumbled upon this 🤍

i find that there are always shoulder issues coming in for treatment

as you can tell, the right shoulder has less range of motion than the left one

there are a few things to consider when we are treating this

sometimes its as easy to just treat the subscapula and it releases to allow for more range of motion

then there are other times that the bicep tendon actually has to be worked on in order for this shoulder to release

even then sometimes when we work both the subscapula and the bicep tendon it still doesn’t want to release

in this case, i usually find that there is something in the core that is not allowing for the shoulder to go through full range of motion

some of the core issues that can cause this lack of range of motion could simply be the abs, diaphragm, or a scar from previous surgerys

the reason why i love RAPID so much is because we can actually work on a lot of issues in a short amount of time & we can see the results right away
